Our waitlist is currently open, and we encourage you to apply if you're interested in calling Garden Terrace Apartments home. Being on the waitlist ensures you'll be considered for future openings.

Applying is Easy:

1. Download the Waitlist Application: Select the "Wait List Application" from the menu to access and print the application.
2. Complete Carefully: Fill out all sections of the application thoroughly.
3. Return Your Application: There are two ways to submit your application:
   • Mail: Send your completed application to:

   • Drop Off: Hand-deliver your application to the Garden Terrace Apartments management office during business hours.
